Gary Kiyan

Gary has been active in the Real Estate Industry for almost three decades; he entered the industry flipping houses and quickly recognized the potency of the real estate model. Mr. Kiyan then became an active agent first starting in the downtown rental market and later transitioning to the sales market, this of course was a pre internet era and Gary has been a participant in the ever evolving real estate market place. Gary was eventually recruited to manage firms based on his success as a rental and sales agent as well as a firm background in high level management in both the public and private sectors prior to coming to real estate. He has a “roll up your sleeves”, “can do” attitude as both an agent and a manager, he believes in overpaying with service whether it is a client, property owner or agent. Gary’s passion for helping others has helped him to become one of the premier trainer/coach-mentors in the Manhattan market place
