Alexander Fazelani founded Ian Alexander Realty Group in 2014 as a boutique brokerage in Queens, New York. After building a team of creative real estate professionals, Ian Alexander Realty garnered a vast network of professional attorneys, loan officers, photographers, contractors, cleaners, inspectors and moving companies – making their team a one-stop shop for their clients diverse real estate needs. During the startup phase, Alexander realized that the industry was oversaturated with agents who simply crunched numbers and unfortunately prioritized clients accordingly. At Ian Alexander Realty, we strive to provide exceptional customer service by treating our clients, and their biggest investments, with genuine care. Currently, the team specializes in residential properties including the sales of cooperative units (co-ops), condominiums (condos), and homes. In 2015, a partnership with Vanguard Funding created the opportunity for Ian Alexander Realty clients to obtain competitive rates and seamless transactions.
