Davide Somasca

Davide Somasca is an accomplished New York real estate broker with nearly three decades of experience representing buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and Westchester County. With more than $560 million in closed sales, + property transactions, and 600+ rental transactions, Davide brings extensive market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a practical understanding of the factors that drive value.

Currently an Associate Broker at Paradigm Advisory, Davide has contributed to the firm’s more than $2.2 billion in sales. His work has earned multiple industry honors, including Sales Agent and Rental Agent of the Year, as well as recognition in publications including Real Estate Weekly.

Davide began his career in construction management, with a focus on property acquisitions, renovations, and repositioning. That experience continues to inform his approach to real estate, providing a practical perspective on building conditions, renovation scope, investment potential, and marketability. His career has included a wide range of notable properties and assignments, from Lantern House and a record-setting penthouse duplex at 507 East 80th Street to development and condominium projects at 527 Court Street in Carroll Gardens and 349 Hoyt Street in Brooklyn. He has also represented distinctive properties including a Queen Anne brownstone condominium near Central Park and an architecturally designed, gut-renovated townhouse at 164 Sterling Street in Brooklyn.

Originally from Rome, Davide now lives in Westchester County and maintains personal real estate investments across New York City. Outside of real estate, he enjoys cycling, cooking, and exploring the city’s cultural offerings. Conversational in Italian and Hebrew, he brings a personable, informed approach to each relationship and remains closely involved throughout the process, from initial strategy and positioning through negotiation and closing.
