Abdul Muid is the founder and principal of Ivey North. He built his reputation as a trusted, personable and professional agent over 15 years of experience working at two of the city’s top residential firms, Corcoran and Compass, generating over $100 MM in sales volume during this time. A native of New York City, Abdul has extensive, first-hand knowledge of the many neighborhoods comprising Brooklyn and Manhattan. Abdul’s love of the city and its ever-changing landscape led him into the real estate field after he attended The City College of New York.
