Nirveeta Mahabir

Nirveeta began her career in real estate after starting out as an Auditor at Ernst & Young (EY) in 2015. What began as a growing interest soon turned into a true passion, leading her to transition into real estate sales—bringing with her a strong financial background, attention to detail, and a natural ability to connect with people.

Over the years, she has had the opportunity to work alongside two of New York City’s top real estate teams, contributing to $500+ millions of dollars in sell- and buy-side transactions. Her experience spans luxury resales and new developments, with a well-rounded understanding of co-ops, condos, and townhouses.

Nirveeta takes great pride in supporting her clients through every step of the real estate process. Known for her thoughtful, patient approach, she is guided by integrity, ethics, and a genuine commitment to helping clients feel confident and informed as they work toward their real estate goals.

She graduated with honors from St. John’s University, earning a B.S. in Management and an M.S. in Accounting.

Outside of work, Nirveeta enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pet parrot, Joey! She is also a proud board member of the DeLeon Foundation, a nonprofit focused on giving back to the children of the world.
