Haritini Pandis

Native New Yorker, born and raised in the heart of Brooklyn, Haritini has a visionary entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. Actively working in the real estate industry for over 15 years, she has acquired knowledge and experience in sales, leasing, real estate development and management. From childhood, she developed a fervency for the real estate industry, which later evolved into a career. In the midst of studying for her BA degree in English Literature, she began multi-tasking by working for a Brooklyn boutique real estate company, House N Key Realty where she received her license as a real estate sales professional.

With the eagerness to learn more of how homes were constructed, she seeked to learn her product from conception to completion. She began working for Monadnock, one of New York's most prestigious construction and development companies in 2010 until 2016. There she focused on a variety of multimillion dollar affordable housing projects and conversions in the pre-development soft cost phase, to post development stages. This enhanced her skillset on project budgeting, subcontractor management, violation expediting, HPD marketing plans, ground-breaking event planning and more. Given her background, this enhanced her intuitive and knowledgeable approach in property sales. By creating and planning marketing strategies customizable for each property, this has helped to facilitate the sales process more efficiently, as her belief is less of a standard approach and more of a direct customization- as every single property is unique in its own way and requires its own specific planning. 

On her spare time, she spends quality time with her family and close friendships. She sits on various boards such as, Hanac's Inner Circle Advisory Board and Gala Committee, The Hellenic Club of New York, Three Hierarchs Church Board and Gala Committee and The Bay Ridge Community Advisory Board. She values and understands the importance of healthcare and education and has volunteered at senior housing centers throughout the years.

Through her journey, she has developed many life-long partnerships and friendships. Her motivation and lifelong goals are to help her community through her work, therefore donating a percentage of each transaction to various certified nonprofits. Through this, she has infused the real estate industry with the nonprofit world in her own way, creating bonds with every client and organization she connects with. In 2019, she was awarded the Stars Under 40 award, elected by New York City Council for her community and city work through Schneps Media.

She continues to enjoy meeting new people to share her vision with in making our world a more sustainable and harmonious environment to live in.
