He has owned property in Brooklyn, Chelsea, and the East Village where he served as President of his condo board. Joe also lived downtown in Battery Park City and the Financial District, as well as various parts of the Upper West Side. In Massachusetts, Joe additionally owned a townhouse and condominiums in Boston, single-family homes in Nantucket, Chatham and Provincetown, and a home in Canton. Heading south to Florida, his assets included apartment buildings, waterfront residences and condos in Fort Lauderdale and Wilton Manors. Joe was raised in a family construction business which fueled his passion for real estate.
