As a longtime resident of New York City, Eric represents the standard of real estate expertise necessary to help clients explore the ever-changing NYC housing market. His sharp eye for luxury and brand partnership experience with Brooks Brothers, Macallan, and brands alike aide him to have a spot-on approach to target the best properties to fit his client's needs. Detail oriented, persistent and personable, he works tirelessly and patiently to deliver the best results. Eric is a resident of Soho and studied Marketing at Miami University where he was the Public Relations chair of his fraternity, Beta Theta Pi. After graduating college, he began his career in the NBC Page Program where he held an assignment at Saturday Night Live. Eric moved on to work at PEOPLE Magazine as a producer on the site's first ever live web-series, PEOPLE Now. After transitioning into digital marketing, he found his passion for sales and negotiations. Working alongside multiple clients each with a different goal in mind, he understands the needs of the individual, pinpointing the best approach necessary to achieve success. With each client, Eric works to develop a personalized approach, tailoring his skills to their specific needs. Outside of real estate, he enjoys traveling, fitness, and serving as a board member on Old Line Society along with supporting The New York Botanical Gardens and amfAR Organization.
