Carla Madrid

Carla Madrid has lived in the Southwest, West Coast, and Midwest and has traveled internationally, helping her husband volunteer with medical relief projects in Cuba, Panama, Venezuela, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. She has been happily married to her best friend for over 50 years. Her husband and her three grown children all call New York City home. Carla's first encounter with real estate was over 23 years ago with her first transaction in real estate in NYC, friends and family members encouraged her to pursue a real estate career, but it wasn't until she moved to New York City that she realized it was the right path for her. Carla got into real estate because helping people is her passion. Her patience, honesty, and genuine concern for her clients come from her faith. She listens carefully, works whole-heartedly, and negotiates assertively for her clients. The time she spent living in so many different places has given Carla a strong understanding of the importance of finding the perfect home for her clients. Carla has an artistic background, which enables her to advise clients on color schemes and décor. She is bilingual speaking both English and Spanish.
