Evelyn Jerez

Evelyn is a born and raised New Yorker who loves the city and walking its beautiful streets. She worked in the advertising industry for over 15 years and made the transition into real estate in 2017. As a native to Washington Heights/Inwood she will show you a part of the city that is part of her and will make you feel as if you were already home. Evelyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Lehman College, and she speaks fluent English and Spanish. She enjoys painting, concerts, and spending time with her precious nieces and nephews.
