Constantine Pappas

Constantine has been deeply immersed in Real Estate since 2006 and licensed since 2009. He was born and raised in Queens, NY which has provided him with ample experience for the area. Constantine’s ultimate objective is to help create and preserve wealth for his clients. His experience ranges from capital gains tax, rent regulations, marketing, improving property efficiencies, and qualifying buyers. The advisory approach he has taken has made him a valued confidant for his clients. Along with private clients, Constantine has worked hand-in-hand with large conglomerate banks such as Fannie Mae and One West Bank. Working alongside several banks, he was able to learn the ins and outs of foreclosures and short sales and has a keen understanding of both. Constantine is a member of the Long Island MLS, Hudson Gateway MLS, and Board of Realtors. He graduated from Baruch College with a major in Mathematics and minor in Economics.
