Takee Brockman

Takee Brockman is a Licensed Associate Broker in his hometown of New York City. His passion for real estate was born from first-hand experience as a property owner and manager. As a lifelong resident of New York, he is deeply knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods in the five boroughs and has spent more than Six years assisting clients and customers in navigating the process of selling, buying and renting in this market. He provides the full spectrum of real estate services, from comprehensive market analysis to negotiating the best price for his clients.

Before his career in real estate, he worked in hospitality for ten years and opened his own business. As an entrepreneur, he learned the most important principles of customer service. His clients’ needs are always his top priority. Takee’s trademark is his extremely dedicated work ethic, along with his reliability and responsiveness. Clients trust him to get the deal done in their best interests and he supports them every step of the way. Takee completed over 1,000 leasing transactions in his career.

When he’s not working, Takee is traveling the world, learning how to recreate Michelin-star meals and enjoying quality time with his large family (8 siblings, 4 nieces and nephews).
