Takee Brockman

Takee Brockman is a Licensed Associate Broker specializing in residential real estate throughout New York City and New Jersey. A lifelong New Yorker and experienced property owner and manager, Takee brings firsthand knowledge of real estate ownership together with a deep understanding of the markets he serves.

With almost a decade in real estate and over 1,000 transactions completed throughout his career, Takee has worked with buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and renters across a wide range of properties and price points. His approach is straightforward: know the market, understand the client's objectives, negotiate aggressively when it matters, and remain involved from the first conversation through closing.

Before entering real estate, Takee spent a decade in hospitality and went on to open and operate his own business. That experience shaped the standards he brings to his real estate practice today—exceptional service, responsiveness, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Takee's experience spans New York City's five boroughs as well as the communities of New Jersey, with a particular focus on the Hudson County waterfront and its rapidly evolving residential and development markets. Whether helping a client navigate a first purchase, sell a home, evaluate an investment, or explore a development opportunity, he brings a hands-on and highly strategic approach to every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Takee enjoys traveling, exploring different cultures, and challenging himself to recreate Michelin-starred dishes at home.
