Robin also knows the importance of working with a team and will coordinate with your attorney, mortgage banker, professional organizer and contractor. As a MCNE Certified Negotiator she brings an informed, practiced and clear-minded approach to each transaction. She understands strategic pricing for sellers and has an extensive knowledge of co-op board purchasing requirements that makes completing a board application package seem easy. Robin holds a Master’s degree in Sociology from St. John’s University in New York City and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Robin also is a Level II Certified Ski Instructor where a trusted relationship is key to providing safe, jam-packed day of fun, adventure and progressive technical skills. She spearheaded her building’s Tenant Association and is currently serving on the Board of Directors. In her spare time-Robin also enjoys hiking and dancing, but usually . . . not at the same time.
