Scott Hernandez

Scott Hernandez is a consummate people person with a dynamic business background and a passion for real estate. For him, being client-facing and service-oriented are the most rewarding aspects of any job, so it's no surprise he landed in the real estate profession. "I love real estate and meeting new people," he explains. "I was born for this." During his more than 10 years on Wall Street, Scott made a name for himself as a congenial and resourceful team player. The fast-paced, numbers-oriented environment was the perfect proving ground for his analytical and communication skills, and the client-centric nature of the business honed his ability to provide unfailing customer service of the highest quality, even under pressure. "I am optimistic, yet realistic, and relentlessly driven," he says. Scott brings a lifetime of familiarity with the city to his work. He was born on the Upper West Side, raised in Rockland County, and has been living in Manhattan since 2006, currently in the vibrant Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood. Scott holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Mercy College. In his free time, he enjoys staying active, whether that's through CitiBiking around town, playing volleyball or on the mat in a Bikram Yoga session. Scott is an avid chef and theatergoer, and he's passionate about giving back through philanthropy and fundraising.
