Siang - Lillian Liu

  Siang (Lillian) Liu is a licensed Broker and the founder of PRO Links Realty serving all of New York City, long island and regions in the nearby tri-state area. Siang has worked in the Real estate industry since 2010 in which she specializes in the purchase and sales of commercial and residential assets including warehouses, office/retail mixed-use buildings, single and multi-family houses, co-ops, condominiums, and land acquisitions for development purposes. Prior to becoming a real estate Broker, Siang’s entrepreneurial experiences stemmed from owning and operating both retail and wholesale businesses importing and selling various interior construction fixtures for interior renovations and construction. Simultaneously, she studied and received certifications in the field of interior design. Coupled with her ability to own, operate and manage employees of her businesses, and understand the costs and value derived from interior materials and design, and how to interpret its intrinsic value on a property; lays the foundation of her ability to lead PRO Links Realty to provide its clients with infinite value.
