Yiwen Wu

Yiwen enjoys helping clients buy, sell and rent apartments throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens. Originally from China, she came to New York City in 2009 to further her education at The New School, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Economics. Yiwen has lived in many neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and presently Forest Hills, Queens, so knows the urban turf very well. She has strong negotiating skills and market knowledge thanks to buying, selling, and investing in personal properties herself. A consummate professional, Yiwen goes above and beyond for her clients, making herself available 24-7 for their needs. She knows how to get things done even in difficult situations, and will handle every detail to ensure a smooth transaction. Clients appreciate her tenacity, thoroughness, hard work ethic, and hyper-responsiveness when they have a question or concern. Yiwen spent four years at another real estate brokerage firm in NY prior to joining Corcoran. She also previously worked as a luxury personal shopper in London, United Kingdom for over six years, affording her a keen eye for detail and penchant for quality customer service. Yiwen is multilingual in Mandarin, Cantonese, Teochew and English, which allows her to meet the needs of both an American and Asian clientele. In her spare time, Yiwen likes to explore bar scenes, hole in the wall places in New York City. She’s also a Feng Shui enthusiast. Yiwen currently lives in Forest Hills with her husband and their young daughter.
