Brenton Raymond

Brenton Raymond is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in NY. Born and raised in Miami, FL and Madison, CT, Brenton grew up in a real estate family. After graduating with a BBA with a concentration in Finance from George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Brenton moved to New York City to start a career in real estate. Since arriving, he has been involved in over $300 million in residential and commercial property transactions throughout NYC, Connecticut and South Florida. Brenton is fully involved in every transaction at each stage of the process, protecting his clients’ interests above all else. Brenton is also the co-managing partner of a real estate investment firm, Pegasus Equities, that specializes in developing multifamily & single-family properties in Brooklyn & Connecticut. Given his extensive knowledge in real estate finance and development, he is able to provide his clients with unique insight into the market as well as creative financing solutions and deal structuring.  

Ultimately, Brenton’s goal is to always assist his clients in finding their dream home while protecting their financial interests. In his spare time he loves to travel, play competitive soccer & tennis, swim, cook (but mostly eat) French & Italian food, and spend time with his wife Gabby, daughter, and German Shepherds. Brenton splits his time between Brooklyn, Guilford, CT, & South Florida.
