Peter Skevas

Peter Skevas began his career in Arts & Entertainment Management and later Real Estate Development branching into real estate Investment sales & leasing, professional real estate development and finance consulting and Investment banking. Peter focuses on securing exclusive deals for new developments and value add projects by working with sponsors from inception to close out and delivering development solutions for existing, transitional, and to-be-built commercial real estate projects. Peter comes from Flushing, Queens and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU School of Professional Studies, Schack Institute of Real Estate, is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors in New York and can speak fluently in modern Greek.
