Peter Skevas

Peter Skevas began his career in real estate development branching into stints of; real estate investment sales, professional real estate development consulting, RE finance, commercial real estate investment banking and accounting. Peter focuses on securing exclusive deals for new developments and value add projects by working with investors and experienced operators from inception to close out, delivering development solutions for existing, transitional, and to-be-built commercial real estate projects. Primary client services include: structured capital optimization for development, commercial-residential brokerage sales and leasing, property management, and real estate business consultation. Peter comes from Flushing, Queens, holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development from NYU School of Professional Studies, Schack Institute of Real Estate, is a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors in New York and can speak fluently in modern Greek.
