Prior to transitioning to real estate brokerage, Ali worked at The Weitzman Group where he consulted Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens developers on the marketability, feasibility, and pricing of new development projects totaling over $20 Billion for clients such as Extell Development, HFZ, Landsea, RXR, Tishman Speyer, Anbang, among other prominent developers. Furthermore, Ali has worked on Wall Street at Oppenheimer and Company within Investment Banking and Private Equity where he advised on underwriting and commercial real estate. Ali graduated on a full scholarship from Fordham University-The Gabelli Undergraduate School of Business with an honors degree in Finance. Ali actively mentors and advises inner-city students on college admissions and is a long standing member of The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
