After immigrating from Uzbekistan to the USA as a teenager, Yan developed his communication skills during his 8 years of experience in the luxury hospitality at one of Leading Hotels of the World properties in TriBeCa, where he interacted professionally with celebrity and high-powered clients daily. Yan has been an active licensed real estate salesperson with Keller Williams New York City. During transformative time in 2020, Yan was leading investor relations, sales, customer success, and marketing departments at a big tech start-up Gesture US Inc. as a Vice President. Yan is extremely detail oriented when guiding his clients through forming, storming, norming and performing business stages and they know they have his support throughout the whole process.
