From the restaurants, music venues and museums of Manhattan to the beaches of Breezy Point, Christine is a native New Yorker with a love of all things NYC. She is also a seasoned business professional with a foundation of success built on integrity and a passion for helping others. Christine has a long history of client management, a knack for problem solving, and a gift for developing strong long-term relationships. After many years in telecommunications management, she brought her expertise in complex contract negotiations and outstanding customer service to the world of real estate. Her ability to listen and cut through red tape to achieve the best possible deal for her clients is her mantra, and her forte. A degree in Psychology from Fordham University (where she graduated cum laude) and extensive experience in corporate America give Christine an edge when it comes to navigating issues, understanding people’s motivations and negotiating positions based on them. As an experienced team leader, she excels at thinking outside the box to ‘get it done’ in the most effective, efficient manner. Christine has always prided herself on exceeding expected goals, and as a result, continued to achieve positions of increased responsibility in areas like product development, product management, sales, service, and contract negotiations. She has worked side by side with attorneys, clients, peers and customers to maximize results in each discipline, and applies that same level of dedication to excellence to every aspect of her real estate practice.
