Throughout his career, Jeremy has represented buyers and sellers across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and the Bronx in transactions ranging from co-ops and condominiums to single-family homes and new development. A native New Yorker, he brings an intimate understanding of the city's neighborhoods, architecture, and evolving market, along with a strategic perspective shaped by years of advising clients through some of life's most significant financial decisions.

Jeremy's entrepreneurial mindset extends beyond brokerage. As the Founder of RubriK Staging Co., he has combined his passion for design, branding, and marketing to create a staging company recognized for transforming properties into compelling, distinguished, market-ready homes. His eye for design and understanding of buyer psychology have become defining strengths throughout his career, allowing him to thoughtfully position properties and develop creative marketing strategies that resonate with today's buyers.

Before becoming a Founding Partner at Decode, Jeremy served in an executive leadership role at another New York City-based brokerage, focusing on strategic growth. Prior to pivoting to real estate, Jeremy managed sales and operations for his family's retail clothing business, Designer's Corner, overseeing merchandising, purchasing, branding, and overall operations. That experience provided an early foundation in customer service, marketing, and entrepreneurship—skills that continue to shape his approach to business today.

Jeremy earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University and attended the Ramaz School on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Born and raised in Fieldston, a historic residential enclave in Riverdale, he now lives in DUMBO, Brooklyn, with his wife, Chelsea, and their dog, Cottonelle (yes, you read that correctly), after previously calling Prospect Heights and the Lower East Side home.

Beyond his professional work, Jeremy is committed to mentorship and community engagement. He is an iMentor alumnus, having previously served as a mentor to first-generation students from underserved communities pursuing educational and professional opportunities. He is also a member of the Penn Club of New York, a Circle Member of the Whitney Museum of American Art, and an Apollo Circle Member of The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Jeremy also enjoys exploring New York City’s vibrant food scene as an enthusiastic “foodie.” A passionate advocate for health and fitness, he is an avid tennis and pickleball player and is always up for a match on the court.
