Kat came to the US for her studies, she graduated from Columbia University. Before entering real estate, Kat spent over a decade in the fashion industry, collaborating with global brands, styling celebrities, and producing commercials across Europe and the U.S.—an experience that sharpened her eye for detail, aesthetics, and integrity. Having lived in Tribeca, the West Village, and Soho, she knows downtown Manhattan intimately.
