Michael has been involved in almost every type of real estate transaction since joining Corcoran in 2010. He has sold residential condominiums, townhouses and commercial buildings, managed estate sales, handled all stages of launching and selling out new developments, as well as residential and commercial rentals. While working with one of the company’s top-producing brokers, Michael learned the most integrate parts of the business, on a heavy volume. Michael helped with the launch and successful sellout of multiple new developments and conversions including Astoria Lights, Berkshire Green, 265 Wythe Ave & 162 Monroe Street. This fast-paced environment is an attribute in sculpting Michael into the agent that he is today. Being an owner and property manager of multiple buildings throughout Brooklyn & Queens, his extensive experience with renovations, having managed numerous projects, adds to Michael’s skillset, making him a vital resource for his clientele. Collaborating closely with architects and contractors, Michael oversaw every detail of each project from the layout redesigns to the selection of finishes. He brings additional insight and value to his clients as a landlord and manager of his own personal properties. Michael guides his clients, whether selling, buying or renting, with in depth information and supportive service so they can make confident decisions. He prides himself not only on open communication, the core of any successful relationship, but also on his round-the-clock accessibility. He aims to address and find a resolution to his client’s every concern. Michael has demonstrated a keen ability to problem solve, follow through and oversee transactions to get to closing. He works within each client’s parameters to manage and surpass their expectations, while ensuring the best results. A native New Yorker, Michael earned a Bachelor’s in Business Marketing and worked as a day trader prior to entering real estate. He is inspired by his strong family ties to the Williamsburg area which has long been part of his life. Real estate investing, construction, architecture, interior design, stocks and working out at the gym are his #1 passions.
