Arthur Bocchi

Arthur Bocchi is the founder and CEO of Surface Development. With over 35 years of experience in New York City real estate, Arthur has overseen some of Manhattan’s most prominent property portfolios and redevelopments. The properties under his oversight reflect a consistent track record of high investor returns as a result of his vision, ability and experience. Prior to the formation of Surface Development, Arthur served as a Senior Executive of Paramount Group wherein he oversaw a 10 million sqft. portfolio of Class A office buildings, as well as the Head of Cushman & Wakefield's Strategic Services Group, comprised of 35 million sqft.
