Larissa began her career in new development, playing key roles in the sales offices of some of downtown Manhattan’s most notable luxury properties, including Walker Tower in Chelsea, Stella Tower in Hell’s Kitchen, and The Fitzroy in West Chelsea. This foundation, combined with her experience at top NYC brokerage firms, allows her to seamlessly navigate both new development and resale markets.
