Alex Guidera

A native Australian, Alex was born in Perth before moving to Sydney. He developed a passion for real estate while in Sydney — where he made a name for himself working on financings of various real estate projects. He subsequently moved to New York City because he fell in love with its energy, diversity, great people and wonderful properties. In New York, after specializing in real estate finance at a private equity firm for a number of years, Alex decided to exclusively dedicate his efforts to residential real estate as an associate broker. Alex believes that honesty and integrity are an integral part of the real estate process. He has deep knowledge of NY’s ever-changing real estate market and distinctive neighborhoods. He will use his energy, know-how and street smarts to get you the best deal. Alex completed a Bachelor of Property Economics Degree from University of Technology, Sydney as a well as an international program at the University of Miami, Florida. He lives in NOHO with his husband and dog, Dora, and is an active member of his co-op board. In his free time, his favorite activities include working out and cooking. Alex is also a member of the American Australian Association.
