Nick Winiarski

Nicholas Winiarski "My Realtor Nick" is a licensed Real Estate agent in Riverdale New York, a hub between New York City and Westchester County in the West Bronx where he conducts most of his business.

Nick studied Accounting at Providence College in Rhode Island graduating Cum Laude and started a career with various firms in Manhattan and Westchester County. He finds his business background and knack for numbers comes in handy for negotiating one of a clients biggest financial investments in their lifetime. Inspired by a love of real estate, sales and a passion for working closely with people, Nick pursued a real estate license in 2015. While working part time for Re/max, he quickly excelled in the rental market accomplishing close to 40 leases in about 8 months, and transitioned to full time work.

Having bought and sold multiple homes and investment properties, Nick knows exactly how a buyer feels and uses that experience to guide his clients in buying properties that are both something they can call home and strong financial decisions. Nick will always advise his clients with integrity and provide disciplined advice based on the best available information.

Besides real estate sales, he is also an Airbnb "Superhost" with over 150 5-star reviews, with renovation experience including co-ops, townhouses & houses. Nick believes that everyone has the ability to achieve passive income through real estate.

Due to the sheer number of co-ops in his area of expertise, Nicks become an expert at navigating them and helping clients realize a successful transaction. While not practicing real estate, he spends time with his wife and two boys. Nick is a musician who writes music with his twin brother and is a proud cancer survivor.
