Olivia finds bios a little corny, so she'll keep this short

Deep expertise in pricing, negotiations, and market strategy

All true.

But what actually matters:

Olivia cares more about her clients than the paycheck. She will tell you to walk away from a bad deal - even if it costs her one. Her guiding principle is simple: it’s a long career. Reputation compounds.

She’s called NYC home for nearly a decade and lives in Tribeca with her husband, giving her true insight into the neighborhoods she advises on daily. She approaches real estate the same way she approaches distance running: disciplined, strategic, and built for endurance.
