Thomas Kidwell

Whether buying or selling, working with Tom Kidwell means you're in excellent hands. Currently residing in a West Village Co-Op, Tom has lived in NYC where he's been a buyer, seller, landlord, and tenant. He served on his 156-unit Chelsea condo board where he became an expert at evaluating board packages. Tom came to Bond following a successful career in advertising where he worked on Olay, Pantene, Cover Girl, and L'Oreal. He applies his marketing expertise by presenting homes to potential buyers in the best light possible. He's also a skilled negotiator who gets results with integrity. When clients are asked why they love working with Tom, they all say the same thing: He's a true pleasure to work with. Originally from the Detroit area, Tom is a competitive swimmer whose best stroke is the butterfly. He can frequently be found running along Hudson River Park with his Jack Russell terrier, Dexter.
