Rodica specializes in real estate in Manhattan and Bergen County NJ. She previously lived in Jersey City, New Jersey; Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn; Sunnyside, Queens; on Manhattan's Morningside Heights and Upper West Side before settling down in the historic Carnegie Hill district of the Upper East Side, making her familiar with NYC's wonderfully diverse neighborhoods and prepared to go wherever your heart takes you. Having worked in the financial services industry for over 14 years and owning her own properties as a longtime investor has armed Rodica with a strong knowledge of the markets and bottom line value. She has an expansive database of contacts that benefits sellers, renters and buyers, with a flair for bringing parties and deals together with her networking and negotiating skills. Rodica has experience working with high net worth clients including NDA agreements. Originally from the Republic of Moldova, Rodica has had a longtime passion for real estate and began investing at 21. She owns several properties overseas that are rented to ex-pats, diplomatic missions, investors and businessmen. Rodica has also owned and rented on both Upper West and the Upper East Side of Manhattan where she is raising her four children, making her particularly empathetic to the joys and challenges of a comfortable family life in NYC. Rodica is an honors graduate with several degrees: a BA, MA, and MPA from New York University. She is fluent in English, Romanian, and Russian, conversant in French and Spanish with basic knowledge of Italian. Rodica loves NYC's museums, art galleries, and parks, as well as taking her kids swimming, bike riding, and pastry shopping. Her four kids currently attend Lycee Francais de New York and Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School where she is an active parent and volunteer for the Fall Festival, Spring Fair, Book Club, as well as Grade Ambassador for the Annual Fund.
