Chloe Chasanoff

As a Manhattan native, Chloe Chasanoff came to Brown Harris Stevens in 2018. In 2019, she joined with Scott Harris and the Harris Residential Team, one of the premier real estate teams in New York City. Chloe grew up in a Real Estate family, surrounded by real estate developers and investors in the New York area for more than 60 years. A passion and drive for Real Estate emerged, along with an innate ability to help buyers find their next home. Chloe is a native New Yorker, with intimate knowledge of many of New York City’s neighborhoods and premiere buildings. A resourcefulness and dogged determination, combined with the Harris Residential Team’s unparalleled market knowledge, ensures that Chloe’s clients will achieve their real estate visions. Chloe holds a BA from Emory University in Media Studies. During her time at Emory, she spent a semester abroad in London, and traveled throughout Europe. She continues to enjoy running, time in the Hamptons, and weekends in the West Village.
