Chloe Chasanoff

Chloe Chasanoff joined Brown Harris Stevens in 2018, bringing with her a lifelong connection to New York City and a deep-rooted passion for real estate. As a Manhattan native, Chloe was raised in a family deeply involved in the industry; surrounded by real estate developers and owners invested in the New York area for more than 60 years. This environment cultivated both her appreciation for all aspects of the business, along with her natural ability to guide buyers in finding the perfect place to call home.

With an intimate understanding of New York City’s diverse neighborhoods and many of its premier buildings, Chloe provides her clients with thoughtful insight and market knowledge. She is well known for offering a highly personalized approach to the buying and selling process.

Chloe earned her Bachelor of Arts from Emory University. While at Emory, she spent a semester studying abroad in London and has traveled extensively throughout Europe, experiences that broadened her global perspective and appreciation for architecture and city living.

Outside of real estate, Chloe enjoys running, spending time in the Hamptons, and exploring all the different surroundings of the city.
