Ryan Maxwell

Ryan started working real estate in Williamsburg/Greenpoint in 2011. Representing hundreds of sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants since then, Ryan is a specialist in the North Brooklyn territory. His even-keeled and problem-solving mind is always working to make every deal a win-win for both sides. Having graduated from Villanova University in 2005, Ryan started working for a ringtone company in Williamsburg whom exclusively produced all of the content for Warner Music Group until they sold in 2010. Having advised the owners on strategic real estate purchases in Williamsburg, Ryan was certain of his next career. Ryan lives in Greenpoint, Brooklyn as well as Hawthorne, New Jersey with his wife and step-daughter.
