Finding a new home is one of life’s most important decisions and can be one of life’s most important milestones. There are many pieces that come together when finding a home and Greg knows how they all fit together. Most importantly, he sees the real estate search not as a transaction, but as a relationship. He views the process as a wonderful opportunity to create something fresh and uses his excitement to guide clients through their process. A Philadelphia native, Greg has lived in New York City for 20 years. Currently residing in Park Slope, he spent nine years in the West Village. His love of exploration has lead him to discover the nuances and surprises his neighborhoods have had to offer while also spurring an interest in pursuing similar discovery in other neighborhoods as well. From the best restaurants or bars to historical facts that make neighborhoods unique, he has a wealth of knowledge and if he doesn’t know it, he will find it. As a share-holder in a Co-Op, Greg has been through the process of what it consists to present a buyer or assist a seller in the best way possible to ensure a timely and efficient closing. With a degree in Speech & Communication from Northwestern University and a background in hospitality and public relations, Greg is very person centered and a skilled communicator. Always a connector, he thrives on matching people to their properties. Outside of real estate, other interests include theater, film, live music, cooking and he is also a member of New York Road Runners.
