Howard Witz, celebrating 36 years selling Real Estate, is a NYS Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker now proudly associated with REVIVED RESIDENTIAL. Born & raised in Brooklyn, Howard graduated from Sheepshead Bay High School in 1981, and then attended Wagner College in Staten Island, majoring in Business. You’d think that after 36 years in business, someone might be tired of that business, or just tired in general. Well, that couldn’t be further from the truth. Howard LOVES the Real Estate business. From humble beginnings… wearing a gold sport jacket (C21) while watching the Mets win the World Series in 1986, to seeing his oldest son get his Master’s Degree, and TWINS graduating college… Howard has not only survived the roller coaster of a career in Real Estate, but has thrived. Spending 22 years at a large Brooklyn-based family owned company, Howard had won every single award possible there. From Million Dollar Club, to the prestigious Chairman’s Circle and every level in between… from teaching new agents to coaching top level brokers, from selling small studio coops to multi million dollar brownstones… Howard has had the privilege of helping hundreds of people and families buy their first homes, or sell family assets. And Howard has enjoyed the ride! Now, he brings his professional experience to REVIVED RESIDENTIAL & The Belisario-Cruz Team, headed by his longtime associates Louis Belisario & Joe Cruz. Howard is married for 33 years to another great broker, his wife Lynn, and has 3 great sons, 29 year old Landon and 23 year old twins Adam & Austin. In his spare time (WHAT spare time??), he enjoys fishing, and anything outdoors. He has a crazy taste in music and has thousands of songs of EVERY type on his music library. Howard is a GREAT cook and loves to BBQ for his friends & family from spring to autumn. The more people, the better!
