Jim Picinich

After spending more than 30 years as a television executive, Jim happily transitioned to the real estate world joining his wife's firm where he has proved himself to be a consummate and successful professional. People are drawn to his thoughtful understanding of their needs. His background negotiating contracts has been particularly valuable. When he is not in the real estate world, he can be found at the New-York Historical Society where he is a favorite docent and lecturer.
