Lyndsey Casagrande

Lyndsey began her real estate career by spearheading the branding for two ground-up developments in the Lower East Side as well as multiple “lease-up” building branding projects in 2016.

 With her advertising background, Lyndsey takes a visionary approach to every project. She believes in treating every building like a luxury development. From walk-up buildings to penthouse apartments, she believes every building has a story and it’s her job to tell it in the most creative way possible. As a compliment to her advertising abilities, she is able to create strong connections with anyone she meets. Her individualized process gives her clients a clear outline of what to expect and how to prepare in great detail to make the transaction as smooth and as painless as possible.

Lyndsey is the founder of The Casagrande Team as well as the head of multiple landlord portfolios with over 20 exclusive buildings across the city. Having lived across many New York City neighborhoods since 2013, she uses her extensive knowledge of the city and the real estate market to find her clients the best place to call home.

As a transplant New Yorker, Lyndsey currently resides centrally in NoMad, Manhattan. In her spare time, she enjoys caring for her plants and checking out the latest independent cinemas.
