Joe Brusco

With his family in the real estate business on the Upper West Side for over 40 years, real estate is in Joseph Brusco's blood. Growing up with constant table talk and later with experience managing real estate gave him a lifelong lesson that prepared him well to become a full-time broker himself. Specializing on the Upper West Side of Manhattan in mid- to high-range prewar properties, Joseph has a great grasp on all property types. Joe provides his clients with extensive knowledge and straightforward guidance so they know what they're dealing with when renting or buying a home. He believes everyone's time is valuable and should not be wasted, so works diligently and efficiently to hone in on his each person's needs and meet every one of them. Born and raised in New York City, Joseph has gained tremendous amounts of experience in the service industry through the restaurant business and real estate profession. This has resulted in excellent interpersonal and time management skills, and an honest, hard-working ethic that affords his clients with the highest level of service. Joseph's favorite thing about the city is the rhythm and speed in which it moves. He is a die-hard Yankee fan and huge sports fan overall. Plus he has volunteered on many weekends for Meals on Wheels, which provides meals and companionship to NYC's elderly.
