Ilana Lee

Ilana Lee is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and runs ILNY, the brokerage she started in 2025 after seven years at Compass. She works with buyers, sellers and renters in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Astoria and Long Island City, mostly in co-ops and condos, and much of her business is above $2 million. RealTrends ranks her #30 in Manhattan by sales volume for 2025.

She’s the third generation of her family in real estate. Her grandfather was a developer, and she grew up around buildings and the drawings behind them. She was born in New York, raised in London, and has spent about twenty years living in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

Before real estate she spent a decade in music and tech, at Universal Music and then Vevo, running digital marketing and strategy. She still prices and markets a home the way she ran campaigns, starting from the data.

She also runs Brokers With Taste, a private network of 55 New York brokers. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Leeds and a master’s from NYU, and lives on the Upper East Side with her wife and their kids.
