Jessica Nightingale

Jessica is a NYC native and graduate of the Mason School of Business at The College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA. She began as part of a mother/daughter real estate team in Alpine, New Jersey and over the two last decade she has founded several businesses and received acclaim in real estate and arts management in Manhattan, Los Angeles and around the country. Jessica is also a successful real estate investor who has managed a profitable portfolio of residential and multi-purpose properties in New York City, Southern California, South Texas, North Florida and Southeast Virginia. Jessica honed her skills as director of operations for one of New York City's top 25 teams, closing more than $100 million in sales in 2017 alone. She has worked for a star-studded list of celebrity clients and is a trusted resource for a variety of media outlets.
