Tim Winters

Tim Winters brings well-earned industry knowledge plus a keen sense of the needs of today's clients to every relationship. Boasting more than twenty years of real estate experience, he began as a Director of Marketing and Sales and was involved in numerous high-end condo and co-op projects, (Cathedral Condos, the Ping Pong Building and the Glenridge Mews, to name a few). From there he started his own storefront operation where he perfected his skills in sales, rentals and commercial real estate concentrating mostly on Downtown and Brownstone Brooklyn. Tim received his BA and MA in economics from George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. Raised in western Pennsylvania, stationed in Montgomery, Alabama, and the Panama Canal Zone, he moved to NYC working for Sheraton Hotels. He recognized the appeal of Brooklyn immediately and still resides there. A member of his church's vestry, Tim has also served on his condo's Board of Managers and was a Board of Directors member of the Fulton Street Revival Corp, (BID).
