Sanjya Tidke Sanjya has excelled in the real estate industry for 20 years. A consistent top-producing and award-winning broker, she has sold over $300 million in real estate to date and continues to break records every year. Sanjya formed Team Sanjya Tidke to provide exceptional service to her buyers, sellers, and renters as well as instill confidence and passion throughout the real estate process. Sanjya has two degrees from Pratt Institute: Construction Management and Architectural Design. Scott Kriger Scott Kriger helps his clients become a part of the excitement in Manhattan or he helps them find a bit slower pace in the Riverdale neighborhood of the Bronx. This is definitely a unique approach. Scott lives in Riverdale and co-brokers with all of the local agents there. So if a client wants to move into or out of the city, Scott is tapped into the markets and can offer different solutions right away. He is also a decorated veteran who served as a Naval Aviator for five years as a Lieutenant. Tobie Garfinkle Tobie Garfinkle has lived in Riverdale and Manhattan for many years. She knows and loves the city, and has explored every neighborhood from tip to tip. Tobie started her real estate career selling and renting apartments in Manhattan before joining Team Sanjya Tidke. She previously held executive management positions in the fashion industry, and was the principal owner of a very successful start-up fashion company where she perfected her business, marketing, and negotiating savvy. Adinah Kranzler Adinah Kranzler, a seasoned veteran of the real estate industry, is known for her integrity, confidentiality, successful negotiating expertise, and familiarity with the Riverdale real estate market, particularly the Fieldston community where she resides. Her style is patient and persistent. She is an intuitive, perceptive, sensitive listener with a great ear for tuning into her clients’ needs and concerns. Michelle Kawka A native New Yorker, Michelle has had a longtime interest in real estate. She bought her first house at 22, selling it five years later for double the price. While she helped the team with their social media presence and email outreach, Michelle was inspired to get a real estate license herself.
