Craig Paulson

Originally from Sydney, Australia, Craig was born an adventurer and entrepreneur. He established his first business - a dairy delivery service - at the age of 17, ultimately growing it into a local favorite and selling it for a sizable profit. He decided to make use of the proceeds by travelling the world. While he initially planned to travel for a year, Craig ended up exploring 40 countries over the span of a decade. Highlights of his time abroad include performing in a Bollywood movie in India, residing in Amsterdam and Switzerland, and training as a fashion photographer in London and Paris. Craig has now called New York home for over 22 years and has run a successful wedding photography business for 19 years, personally shooting over 800 weddings including Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger's wedding in the South of France. After his own wedding to his lovely wife Pippa in 2000, Craig bought a parcel of land upstate and his love of real estate flourished. Craig has designed and constructed his own upstate retreat and has also purchased, renovated, and sold multiple properties in Brooklyn. He now puts his extensive knowledge of all things NYC, along with his ability to deliver results calmly under pressure, to good use at Cooper & Cooper. In his free time, Craig can be found relaxing in Fort Greene with his wife and 2 children, walking his beloved dog, or upstate splitting wood, smoking brisket and working on his vintage Ford Fairlane. Craig is also a champion archer, as well as an accomplished fisherman.
