With more than two decades of experience in real estate, Marc Williams has built his career around an intuitive understanding one of the world’s most sophisticated and competitive real estate markets.

As a member of the DBH Collection at Brown Harris Stevens, Marc brings an advanced, global perspective to New York City real estate. His experience spans luxury sales, rentals, investment properties, and new development, with particular expertise in complex transactions. For the past several years, he has overseen the final sales for each new development project represented by the team, guiding each transaction through the critical closing chapter with precision and discretion.

Marc’s approach is deliberately personal. A seasoned negotiator with a keen eye for market dynamics, Marc’s clients rely on his ability to assess opportunities thoughtfully, interpret changing market conditions, and create a clear path forward.

Marc’s career began in Honolulu, Hawai’i, where he worked as an escrow assistant for a national title company before moving into real estate sales. He went on to specialize in beachfront condominium new development on Hawai’i’s Big Island, an early experience that shaped his appreciation for distinctive properties and the intricacies of new development sales. In the mid-2000s, Marc moved to New York City and established a career representing buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors across all five boroughs. His business has grown substantially through relationships and referrals—a reflection of the trust he cultivates with clients long after a transaction has concluded.

Marc holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Economics from the University of North Texas. Outside of real estate, he is an avid world traveler and passionate snow skier. He maintains a strong connection to Hawai’i and is a dedicated supporter of many Kama’aina charities and organizations that celebrate and promote his home state.

Today, Marc calls Manhattan’s Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood home, bringing together the worldly perspective of a seasoned traveler, the market knowledge of a New York real estate professional, and the personal sensibility shaped by his Hawai’i roots.
