Charles is a seasoned veteran of the New York City real estate industry, with 22 years’ experience helping clients sell, buy, invest and rent. A native of Connecticut by upbringing but always fascinated by all things New York, Charles became a "native New Yorker", living, working and immersed in city life, upon graduating from college and moving to the city over thirty years ago. Armed with a degree in Finance from The University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce and later an MBA in International Business from New York University, Charles developed a successful career in Financial Management leading to senior posts in the Music Industry before following his passion for real estate and joining the city's residential real estate industry in 2002. An avid apartment-hunter, architecture and interior design buff, and connoisseur of city living, Charles has rented, owned, and invested in a wide variety of Manhattan properties ranging from charming uptown pre wars to lofty downtown condos, and is therefore an expert source of information and guidance to apartment hunters on the varied options available to them in the city.
