Specializing in rentals and sales in the Greenpoint and Williamsburg sections of Brooklyn, Akansha lives in Greenpoint and is passionate about the area. She is focused on providing excellent customer service throughout the entire process, and multifaceted when it comes to handling lots of moving parts. Her creative eye, keen intuition, and ability to spearhead and oversee projects with precision and ease stem from her background in luxury fashion. She spent over a decade in wholesale and VIP sales in the high-end contemporary sector, and with the luxury fashion brand LOVE Binetti & Prabal Gurung. Efficient organization, keen attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and sharp problem-solving are at the heart of her business approach. Hailing from Nepal, Akansha speaks fluent English and Nepal. She pursued a Foundation in Art & Design at the University for the Creative Arts Canterbury earning a BA with Honors, as well as Fashion Management & Marketing at University for the Creative Arts Epsom. Her studies at an international school exposed her to many cultures, and molded her into an open-minded, kind, honest and receptive individual.
