She has also helped numerous New York City families and private estates organize, downsize, and manage all aspects of moving home. Prior to real estate, Kristi’s had a drive for excellence as a professional dancer and college professor. She has traveled extensively and has worked in many colleges and universities throughout the United States and in Mexico. A a core mission of her work has always been creating community projects. Most notably an annual event in Park Slope, Brooklyn where she gathered together hundred’s of parents and staff and choreographed end of year Flash Mobs at her children’s public school. Kristi’s journey into real estate began at an early age with her Virginia family. Their entrepreneurial reach extends from golf course development to design build projects; and when Kristi and her architect husband purchased their first multi-family home in Brooklyn, they rolled up their sleeves and transformed a distressed property into a home for their growing family and rental units. These experiences along with her twenty years in New York City have made her a go-to referral source for clients needing design, related home services, or local connections to great food, culture, food, and happenings throughout the boroughs.
