Jessica Yang

Jessica Yang specializes in condominium and co-op apartment sales across Manhattan, Long Island City, Brooklyn, and Hudson County, NJ. As an active real estate investor in the greater NYC area, she has strong knowledge of the local market, and a deep understanding that buying, selling, and renting can be one of the largest financial transactions one will make in their life. Jessica goes above and beyond to keep her clients informed and ensure that the process is as smooth as possible. Your best interest is my top priority, and together we’ll secure a great home and deal!” Also, savvy when it comes to sales and marketing, Jessica is armed with experience successfully overseeing fundraising and marketing efforts for various arts nonprofit organizations nationally. She has an exceptional ability to not only implement creative strategies but forge relationships built on trust and integrity. What’s more, as a classically trained flutist, persistence and attention to detail come second nature to her. Jessica graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with an Accelerated Master’s in Arts Management, Bachelor’s in Flute Performance, and Minor in Business Administration. Growing up across the U.S. and spending childhood summers in China, she has a deep appreciation of Eastern and Western cultures and speaks fluent English and Mandarin. Very passionate about classical music, Jessica loves giving back to the New York arts community and not only is a member of the New York Flutists but also volunteers for the New York Flute Club. She is also a Board Member of the Carnegie Mellon NY Alumni Chapter. She enjoys spending her free time teaching flute students, traveling, shopping, and learning about new cultures.
