John Cella

John Cella is from Cold Spring Harbor, New York. He was inspired to pursue a career in real estate by his passion for geography and history. Although he grew up in Queens and Cold Spring Harbor, he often visited Manhattan and loved to learn about the layout of the greater NYC area. John has a lot of respect for architects, developers, and their respective teams on the ground that create beautiful structures, which come together to form the amazing NYC landscape.

He is a fiduciary to his clients and makes it his biggest responsibility to be someone they can rely on through his honesty and consistency. Additionally, he understands that each deal is the most important transaction someone can go through while he advocates for every client from start to finish. 

John listens attentively to his clients’ preferences and then uses his vast experience in the industry, knowledge of inventory, and informed economic outlook to guide them to the best financial decision possible. He extensively utilizes all research tools available and considers other creative solutions that may not fit clients’ original needs in order to give them a wide range of options.

John currently resides in Murray Hill with his wife, Heather, and their cat, Miko. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the movies, and reading the occasional sci-fi, history, or mystery book.
